In Outlook, start new email message
Click here to access the sample signature page
When Internet Explorer opens a new window, press CTRL+A to select the entire page
Press CTRL+C to copy the selected signature to your Windows clipboard
Go back to your blank email message and press CTRL+V to paste the sample signature
Make the appropriate changes to the text
Right-click on the sample photo and select Properties
Press TAB until the contents of the Picture Source field is selected and press DELETE to clear it
Switch back to this page (www.sneffelsrealty.com/photos) and scroll down to the photos
Right-click the link next to your name and select Copy Shortcut from the context menu.
Switch back to the Outlook message and press CTRL+V to paste the link to your photo in the Picture Source field
Click OK to close the Properties window
When your signature looks the way that you want it to, press CTRL+A to select the entire page
Press CTRL+C to copy the selected signature to your Windows clipboard
Switch back to the main Outlook screen and click on Tools > Options
Click the Mail Format tab
Click the Signatures button at the bottom of the page
Click the New button to create a new signature
Enter the name of your new signature and click the Next button
In the blank Signature Text field, press CTRL+V to paste your signature.
Click the Finish button
Click the OK button
In the Signature for new messages field, select your signature from the list
In the Signature for replies and forwards field, select your signature from the list
Click OK to save your changes. From now on, every email that you send will contain your new signature.
